We were requested by a customer to create a heated, shaped seat press. It was machined on the CNC from a block of solid aluminium and is used to create perfect plywood train seats, the same every time.  

Finbarr Lucas came to us to help him create this sculpture. It was made from reclaimed Iroko, which was glued onto plywood for stability. There are 15 different types of triangle x5 of each type. Each of them was cut on the 5 axis cnc to the perfect angle so that the project came together perfectly.
