21st December 2016We started by scanning the entire space of the room and the staircase to build up in CAD. Next we designed each of the panels on the computer and glued up the correct size oak blanks. Each of the panels was machined on the 5 axis CNC, which applied the curve and cut the panel to size. Then the panels were stained and sprayed to the required finish before finally being fitted in the room.
